Day 1: Cusco → Lares, start of trekking, camp.
Day 2: High-altitude passes, community visits, Lares hot springs.
Day 3: Descent to Ollantaytambo, train to Aguas Calientes.
Day 4: Machu Picchu, return to Cusco.
